The Senior Resource Center of Chester is sponsoring its annual Festival of Trees on Saturday, December 5, through Saturday, December 12 at the Barn at High Ridge Park in Chester, NJ. The Festival of Trees is a community celebration featuring decorated holiday trees in a winter wonderland setting. This year’s theme is “As We Dream by the Fire!” In addition to being a wonderful holiday event for the whole family, it is the main fundraiser for the Senior Resource Center which provides exercise classes, informational programs and support services to seniors in western Morris County.

Enjoy this beautiful display of trees daily from 1 pm to 6 pm on Saturday, December 5th through Saturday, December 12th. Santa will visit on Sat Dec. 5 from 1:30-5 pm; Sun 1-4 pm; Tues and Thurs 2-4 pm; Wed and Fri 3:30-6 pm; and Sat Dec 12 1- 4 pm.

All decorated tabletop and floor trees are for sale in person or online at srcnj.org. Small cash & carry trees are available for immediate sale along with may holiday gift shop items. You may also consider the option of purchasing a tree as a donation to a needy family or first responder.

Admission is $10 for adults and $5 for senior and students.

All CDC guidelines will be in place. Wearing masks, appropriate distancing and occupancy regulations will be followed.

The Festival of Trees is located at The Barn at Highlands Ridge Park 100 North Road, Chester NJ (across from Black River Middle School).
